The UCEP Central Library, established in 2008 and relocated to its current facility in 2013, serves as the intellectual hub of the institution. The library maintains a comprehensive collection of 10,809 volumes across diverse academic disciplines and operates on an open-access system to facilitate independent scholarly research.

The facility comprises specialised sections including Circulation, Periodicals, Reference, Project Repository and Back Volume Archive, designed to cater to the varied information needs of the academic community.

A Book Review Event: 2026

A Book Review Presentation was conducted on 24th March 2026 for the benefit of students. The session was presented by S. Lingeshwari, a Third Year student of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
